Intended Use of Software

The software provided is intended solely for the purpose of processing and analyzing email campaigns. The User agrees and acknowledges that these email campaigns are designed not to contain sensitive or private information. The User hereby affirms that the software shall not be used to process, analyze, store, transmit, or otherwise handle sensitive or private information including, but not limited to, personal identifiable information, financial details, health-related information, confidential business information, or any other type of information that is deemed private, sensitive, confidential, or protected under applicable laws or regulations. The User will be solely responsible for ensuring that the content of email campaigns aligns with this requirement. In the event the User fails to comply with this clause, the User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Provider from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, losses, and expenses arising from or related to the User’s non-compliance with this intended use provision. By using the software, the User expressly agrees to these terms and conditions related to the intended use of the software. Non-compliance with these conditions may result in termination of the User’s access to the software and potential legal action.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Campaign Cleaner LLC disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
